How much time does it take to fully charge the unit using only the solar panels that come with it and can you charge while running appliances ?
A) The charging time depends on which solar-panel package is included. PECRON offers the E2400LFP with several panel configurations:
- One 200W panel: approximately 12–14 hours of strong sunlight
- Two 200W panels: approximately 6–7 hours
- One 300W panel: approximately 8–9 hours
- Two 300W panels: approximately 4–5 hours
These are estimates under good sunlight. Clouds, shade, panel angle, and temperature can extend charging time, and the required sunlight may be spread across multiple days.
Yes, appliances can be operated while the E2400LFP is charging. PECRON confirms that it supports simultaneous charging and discharging. However, if the appliances consume more power than the panels are producing, the battery level will continue to decrease and may eventually run out.
