As a special benefit for our valued customers, we are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING in the Contiguous 48 United States (See below for Alaska & Hawaii). Shipping Costs & Exceptions
While most products at PowerGen Store qualify for FREE shipping within the contiguous United States, some items may include shipping charges.
For these items:
- Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before purchase
- Rates may be based on per-item shipping, order size, or supplier requirements
- Certain orders may include capped or reduced shipping rates for larger quantities
- Freight shipments may require special delivery arrangements such as a lift-gate or delivery appointment
We work closely with our suppliers to ensure all shipping charges remain fair, transparent, and competitive, with no hidden fees
Shipping Areas:
Our shipping services are currently available exclusively within the United States, and we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Hawaii & Alaska
For Customers needing to ship to Hawaii or Alaska, a freight forwarded is needed which cannot be done online. Please contact us for custom shipping.
Handling Times
All orders are processed by our team within 1-3 Business Days of an order being placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Times
After your item(s) have shipped, expect it to arrive in 4-7 Business Days. This brings the average total shipping and handling time to 5-10 Business Days.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location. However, in most cases, your order will arrive well before the maximum time frame.
Order Confirmation:
After you place an order, you'll get a confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order and ready to process the shipment.
Tracking:
With each purchase, we offer a tracking number so you can easily monitor the status of your order. Tracking information will be provided within 24 hours of shipment. If you do not receive tracking details after this time, please reach out to us via email sales@powergenstore.com
Damaged Items:
Upon receiving your package, please inspect it for any damage. If you notice any issues, be sure to document the damage while signing for the delivery and contact us at +1 845-202-2982 or email photos to sales@powergenstore.com We will provide you with a return label for a replacement. For further clarification on our return process, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy Thank you.
If you refuse delivery of an order, we may charge a 5% processing fee plus shipping costs. Once an order has shipped, we can’t change, intercept, or cancel it. If it comes back, we’ll refund the purchase price minus the 5% fee and shipping costs.
