Yes, the Jackery Explorer 2000 Plus (v2) can charge while in use, including when connected to 2 x 100W mini solar panels—this is known as pass-through charging - Somethings to consider -
With 2 x 100W Panels (200W Total):
This setup will generate about 120–160W per hour total in good sun, depending on conditions.
If your devices are consuming less than you’re generating, the battery will slowly recharge.
If your devices are using more than you're generating, the battery will drain more slowly than with no input.
