After you place an order, you'll get a confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order and ready to process the shipment.
Tracking:

Damaged Items:
Upon receiving your package, please inspect it for any damage. Refused Deliveries:
If you refuse delivery of an order, we may charge a 5% processing fee plus shipping costs. Once an order has shipped, we can’t change, intercept, or cancel it. If it comes back to us, we’ll refund the purchase price minus the 5% fee and shipping costs.
