Take your Sun-Mar composting toilet off the grid. The Sun-Mar AC/DC Kit is the factory-approved conversion kit that allows compatible electric Sun-Mar composting toilet models to be converted to operate in either 12V or fully non-electric mode — without replacing the entire unit. Once converted, the unit will have both a 2" and a 4" vent stack, accommodating the natural chimney-style airflow required for non-electric operation. Whether your power situation has changed, you're moving an existing unit to an off-grid property, or you simply want the flexibility of non-electric operation, this kit is the most cost-effective path to getting there. - Converts Electric Units to 12V or Non-Electric Mode — Gives compatible electric Sun-Mar composting toilets the ability to operate without a 110V power connection, using either a 12V power source or no electricity at all.
- Dual Vent Stack After Conversion — Once converted, the unit will be fitted with both a 2" and a 4" vent stack to support the natural airflow required for non-electric composting operation.
